How long does shipping take and what are the costs?
We offer free standard global shipping on all orders. Delivery typically takes 7-15 business days depending on your location. Expedited shipping options are available at checkout for an additional fee.
What is your return and exchange policy?
We offer a 30-day return policy. If you are not completely satisfied with your watch, you can return it in its original, unworn condition with all packaging for a full refund or exchange.
Do ADDIESDIVE watches come with a warranty?
Yes, every ADDIESDIVE watch comes with a 2-year international warranty covering manufacturing defects. This does not cover normal wear and tear or damage caused by accidents or unauthorized repairs.
Are the watches water-resistant?
Most of our dive watches feature a water resistance rating of 200m (20 ATM) to 300m (30 ATM), making them suitable for professional marine activity and serious surface water sports. Please check the specific product specifications for each model.

How do I adjust the stainless steel bracelet on my watch?
Our steel bracelets use standard link pins. Most orders include a basic link removal tool. If you are uncomfortable adjusting it yourself, any local jeweler or watch repair shop can size it for you in minutes.
